Responsibilities & Context
Assist in developing and implementing human resource plans, employee development plans, and organizational development plans and personnel management policies.
Review, update and maintain employee personal files and other HR paper works in an efficient, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
Prepare monthly attendance report for the employees of head office and field forces.
Organize & Assist in different employee engagement programs (Employee Birthday Celebration, Pohela Boishakh, Pitha Utshob, New Year Celebration, Pohela Falgun etc.)
Administer employee benefit issues such as Medical benefit & Earned leave encashment.
Prepare Clearance and Process employee settlement for Head Office, Field Force & workers.
Preparing different drafts, reports, statements and minutes as directed by the supervisor.
Monitor field force tracking and check their TA/DA bills.
Administrative Tasks: Office Transport Management, Driver & Support Staff Monitoring, Office Stationeries & Groceries Management, Employee Mobile Bill Check & ensure payment, External Vendor Management (ID Card, Visiting Card, Lunch Provider, Cleaner etc.)
