Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience
  • 1 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in developing and implementing human resource plans, employee development plans, and organizational development plans and personnel management policies.
  • Review, update and maintain employee personal files and other HR paper works in an efficient, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
  • Prepare monthly attendance report for the employees of head office and field forces.
  • Prepare Job circular, posting & coordinate in employee recruitment & selection process.
  • Organize & Assist in different employee engagement programs (Employee Birthday Celebration, Pohela Boishakh, Pitha Utshob, New Year Celebration, Pohela Falgun etc.)
  • Administer employee benefit issues such as Medical benefit & Earned leave encashment.
  • Prepare Clearance and Process employee settlement for Head Office, Field Force & workers.
  • Preparing different drafts, reports, statements and minutes as directed by the supervisor.
  • Monitor field force tracking and check their TA/DA bills.
  • Administrative Tasks: Office Transport Management, Driver & Support Staff Monitoring, Office Stationeries & Groceries Management, Employee Mobile Bill Check & ensure payment, External Vendor Management (ID Card, Visiting Card, Lunch Provider, Cleaner etc.)
