Responsibilities & Context
Habituate with HR software , track & prepare the attendance, leave, shifting, increment, promotion, confirmation, and performance appraisal data on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Have adequate knowledge of labor Act and rules as well as related compliance standards.
To prepare overall documents regarding notice, training MOM, circular, office order, company policy, etc. as & when required.
Handle employee grievances formally and informally, forward them to the concerned department, and follow up for resolution.
Developing training materials and conducting trainings. Using data and analytics, identify top performers and spot issues within the workforce.
Developing and enforcing employee retaining strategy.
Reporting to senior management and offering improvement suggestions.
Any other duties as assigned by the superior.
