Input and maintain employee data in the HIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and staff welfare programs.
Coordinate employee training and development programs as per HR plans.
Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and office organization.
Manage HR-related supplies and materials, ensuring the department is well-stocked.
Provide support for any other HR related tasks as assigned.
