Responsibilities:
General administration.
Correspondence with any authority both in English & Bangla.
Maintain office attendance, leave & discipline etc.
To keep & maintain all HR files & operational activities.
Maintain office files, records and information in proper manner.
Follow-up company’s asset register & office inventory record.
Follow-up purchase and other billing issues.
Follow-up factory HR/Compliance issues now and then.
Follow-up transport & Logistics regularly.
Should also have working experience as Company Secretary.
