Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge of additional tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Sketch/Figma.
Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
Basic knowledge of web design or UX/UI principles.
Illustration skills or hand-drawn design capabilities.

Design and produce various graphics for digital and print, including social media content, website graphics, marketing materials, and presentations.
Assist with concept development, wireframing, and design iterations based on feedback.
Maintain organized design files and asset libraries.
Conduct basic image editing, color correction, and retouching.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Proficiency with graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
A strong design portfolio showcasing creative work (academic or personal projects are acceptable).
Basic understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory).
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing design needs.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
