Oversees all aspects of a company's production operations, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, managing budgets, and leading teams to optimize productivity while adhering to safety regulations and compliance standards; they are responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the production department. 

Overseeing the entire production process in a manufacturing facility, ensuring products are manufactured to the required quality standards, within deadlines, and within budget, by managing staff, coordinating production activities, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
