Completed higher secondary school certificate (HSC).
At least 1 years of hands on experience in data entry and analysis.
Experience Requirement:
Familiarity with routine data collection and Information management System.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in hardship situations and harmoniously within a team of colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision;
Proficient in the English language.

Job Responsibility:
Review and enters health facility data into Kobo or databases according to the Established procedures.
Work with health facility in charge, data entry clerks and information management assistant to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data and verifies accuracy of health facility data collected through Kobo.
Maintains confidentiality of information on patient documents or in databases.
Assists in maintaining an effective and efficient patient records management system with good audit trail.
Liaise with the various health service units (OPD, EPI, SRH and pharmacy) to get accurate data in a timely manner.
Cross check the data with the registers for accuracy before submitting the reports
Submit Daily facility DHIS2 data, Weekly EWARS and monthly SRH data.
Participate in assessments/surveys and routine collection of field data.
Perform other M&E-related duties as assigned.
