Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup

Responsibilities & Context

Data Entry & Management:

  • Accurately input data from multiple sources into databases and spreadsheets.
  • Verify the integrity of entered data, conducting quality checks and making corrections as needed.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records in line with company protocols.

AI Research Support:

  • Collaborate with the AI research team to gather, analyze, and interpret datasets.
  • Assist in basic data preprocessing tasks (e.g., cleaning, formatting) to ensure data quality for AI models.
  • Support ongoing AI research by following guidelines for data collection and dataset organization.

Data Labeling & Annotation:

  • Work with various data types (text, images, audio, etc.) to label or annotate datasets as required for machine learning projects.
  • Adhere to labeling guidelines and maintain consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in annotation tasks.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare regular status reports on data entry progress and research activities
  • Document any challenges or discrepancies encountered during data entry and labeling, and suggest improvements.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and project managers, to meet project goals.
  • Communicate data-related findings or concerns to the AI research team promptly.

Confidentiality & Compliance:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive or proprietary data.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory standards to ensure compliance and data security.
