Education

  • Proven expertise in major claims and disputes on complex projects

  • Strong knowledge of legal principles and forensic delay analysis

  • Skilled in evaluating financial quantum, delay costs, and associated damages

  • Proficiency in procurement methods and tender document preparation

  • Experience working on major infrastructure projects across various sectors

The Opportunity

Singapore’s Window has an opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with experience in major engineering projects, including tender document preparation, project budgeting, and CVR. The role can be based in home-based. If you are interested in a diverse workload of international projects and working alongside engineers from multiple disciplines, please apply below.

Job Type: Part-Time (Candidates can continue their current full-time job and work alongside it).

Work Location: Hybrid (Home -Based).

Responsibilities

  • The candidate should have a strong knowledge of the following:

  • Preparation of tender documents and knowledge of standard forms of contract (such as FIDIC)

  • Project budgeting

  • Variation and change management

  • Final accounting and negotiation

  • Drafting Contract agreement

  • Defining and setting project procurement strategy and policy

  • Proficiency in cost/value analysis and quantum calculations

  • Providing clients with strategic, tactical contractual and commercial advice, risk and opportunity analysis and management

  • Providing dispute resolution and claims management services
