The Opportunity
Singapore’s Window has an opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with experience in major engineering projects, including tender document preparation, project budgeting, and CVR. Responsibilities
The candidate should have a strong knowledge of the following:
Preparation of tender documents and knowledge of standard forms of contract (such as FIDIC)
Project budgeting
Variation and change management
Final accounting and negotiation
Drafting Contract agreement
Defining and setting project procurement strategy and policy
Proficiency in cost/value analysis and quantum calculations
Providing clients with strategic, tactical contractual and commercial advice, risk and opportunity analysis and management
Providing dispute resolution and claims management services
