Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience
  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Engineering Firms, Interior Design
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Excellent communication skill in English over the call and messages.

  • Sound knowledge of basic computer application MS Excel google sheet.

  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.

  • Must Have English Communication Skill.

  • Have to talk in English with customer of Singapore by call or text.

  • Reply customer prompt.

  • Office rules regulation must have to be followed.

  • Have to be punctual.

  • Have to be well mannered.

  • Be respectful with coworkers.

  • Competent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Must have the ability to work in a team.

Our parent company is Singapore. We deal with the renovation sector in Singapore.

Following are all the responsibilities you have to perform here:

  • Response to customer requires on work correct answer the question over text or call.
  • Processing orders and transactions.
  • Up sell products and services.
  • Proactive customer service.
  • Managing and updating customer database.
  • Collecting and analysing customer feedback.
