Handle employee grievances and other concerns related to conflict management.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to develop retention strategies.
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Update and enforce HR policies and procedures.
