Responsibilities & Context

Bengal Airlift Limited (GSA of several airlines) is looking for potential candidates for Airline division:

Customer Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients, including travel agencies and individual travellers.    

Sales Lead:

  • Send effective sales lead to our overseas network. 

Product Promotion:

  • Effectively communicate and promote Fits Air services and the relevant product& service of companies. 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing Travel Agents to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
  • Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally. 

Sales Presentations:

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs and interests of clients.
  • Highlight key features, competitive advantages, and pricing structures. 

Negotiation and Deal Closure:

  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements to secure new business and partnerships. Close sales deals by effectively addressing client needs and objections. 

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Achieve sales targets which has set up by company. 

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities through ongoing market research.
  • Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and offerings. 
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery. 

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts. Prepare regular reports for management, summarizing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
