The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Spinning

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of HR experience in the garments, textiles, or manufacturing sector.

Monitor and enforce floor rules and regulations accordingly.
Maintain and update personal files for all employees.
Check unauthorized absentee reports, verify with concerned sections, and forward them to the C&B team.
Oversee uniform procedures and distribution.
Process death claims for group insurance under BGMEA and BKMEA.
Conduct daily monitoring of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage.
Inspect fire equipment on the factory floor.
Ensure worker recruitment & Follow up staff recruitment.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs in the QAD section and compacting machines.
Monitor third party worker.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to labor laws and company policies.
