Responsibilities & Context
Daily Operations Oversight
Monitor and report on daily activities at all Medical Center.
Maintain effective communication with branch managers/supervisors to address operational issues.
Requisition Management
Collect and process medicine and clinical item requisitions from all medical center
Prepare comparative statements / or required information for medical equipment or machinery purchases so that purchase can be done on time for smooth operation of the center.
Financial Management
Process petty cash requests after receiving requisitions from each branch to ensure timely disbursements.
Maintain accurate records of medicine orders, including amounts and quantities for future reference.
Keep detailed accounts of petty cash expenditures.
Record Keeping and Reporting
Prepare salary sheets, monthly expense reports, and petty cash records using Excel.
Maintain documentation for store/any transaction and prepare report for management decision.
Center Visits and Project Improvement
Conduct physical visits to each medical center under BSRM Foundation as needed or requested.
