Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD)
Experience
  • 2 to 3 years
Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 25 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintain and update employee personnel files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Manage and update employee records in the ERP system.

  • Draft and prepare HR-related correspondence, including letters and memos.

  • Generate and analyze various MIS reports as required.

  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.

  • Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
