Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Any discipline with good academic result.

Experience
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Hotel, Airline, Travel Agent, Immigration/Visa Processing, Call Center
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Age 23 to 30 years


Responsibilities & Context

FirstTrip Ltd. a sister concern of US-Bangla Airlines, is looking for potential candidates to submit applications for the Executive - Customer Care Service/Call Center. 

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Handling Inbound and Outbound call regarding customer queries and complaints, providing information and solution effectively and professionally to ensure proper customer satisfaction. 

  • Providing customer support over E-mail, Social Media, Live Chat and SMS. 

  • Providing information regarding Reservation/Airline Tickets/Hotel booking/Visa/Umrah Package to customers.

  • Able to calculate refund/re-issue/VOID and execute the amount in the system.

  • Escalating the necessary complaints to the related department for smooth customer service. 

  • Keeping communication with corporate clients, partners and agencies.

  • Keeping updated knowledge of the Airline's Promotional offers and other travel services as well. 

  • Collecting data as needed and sharing the necessary feedback/reports with the management. 

  • Able to work in roster-based operations.
