We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive/Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition, specializing in recruitment and employee engagement, to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, mostly for store-level employees, ensuring the acquisition of top talent and enhancing workplace culture through effective engagement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with manpower planning and operations teams to meet staffing needs
Source, screen, and interview candidates for cultural and skill fit
Oversee the entire recruitment process, including onboarding
Handle background checks, documentation, database management, and bank processing
Act as the HR operations SPOC, ensuring smooth communication with operations
Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely updates and feedback
Enhance recruitment efficiency through best practices and employer branding
Use various channels, including social media, to attract talent
Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost retention
Conduct surveys, gather feedback, and improve employee morale
Facilitate onboarding and manage employee recognition programs
Work with management on competitive compensation and benefits.
