Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive/Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition, specializing in recruitment and employee engagement, to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, mostly for store-level employees, ensuring the acquisition of top talent and enhancing workplace culture through effective engagement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with manpower planning and operations teams to meet staffing needs

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for cultural and skill fit

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including onboarding

  • Handle background checks, documentation, database management, and bank processing

  • Act as the HR operations SPOC, ensuring smooth communication with operations

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely updates and feedback

  • Enhance recruitment efficiency through best practices and employer branding

  • Use various channels, including social media, to attract talent

  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost retention

  • Conduct surveys, gather feedback, and improve employee morale

  • Facilitate onboarding and manage employee recognition programs

  • Work with management on competitive compensation and benefits.
