Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar position.
Good understanding of the soft services market sector.
Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Ability to work with a team to achieve set targets.

Identify and develop sources of potential clients.
Communication with corporate level of different reputed Organizations/Clients and keeping the relationship.
Monitoring the sales & marketing and developing the business.
Bringing clients on board by Tender and Bid for Regular or general services and Total Facilities Management.
Assist the line manager to keep departmental administration in order and lead the team.
Lead would be generated by own.
Regular customer visit and weekly visit plan.
Maintain data bank & proposal tracking
Preparing Technical proposal and Costing for financial Quotation.
Other duties as assigned by the line manager.
