Coordinate between factory production, raw material sourcing, Planning, material utilization team & other relevant team for smooth production.
Sourcing raw materials on time as per SOP.
Good Understanding in Product Life Cycle.
Good Knowledge in Consumption of Fabrics, Trims & Accessories.
Follow-up on Time and Action Plan (TNA).
Ensuring standard lead time for production and on time shipment.
Researching and analyzing the product trends by keeping up to date with the latest offerings from market.
Fabric and trims (accessories) development both quality and color with suppliers.
Preparing - Bill of material (BOM) using in house ERP (EOTS), Sales contract with commercial team.
Customer (buyer) relationship management – product development, product quality assessment with relevant internal team, product design assessment.
Following up the production and ensuring OTT, OTS hit rate 100%.
