Experience
  • 2 to 3 years

  • Ability to coordinate among multiple teams

  • Excellent knowledge of written & spoken English

  • Excellent computer knowledge with MS Office programs

In the event of expanding our team, we are looking for a "Executive "Senior Executive & Asst. Manager - Marketing + Sales" with following specialty.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Marketing in industrial Lubricant.
  • Achieve monthly sales target.
  • Regular field visit & communication with customers to maintain and develop relationships.
  • Collecting sales orders and ensure delivery of products and follow up on the payment receivable.
  • To prepare the report daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection.
  • Keeping informed of relevant marketing strategies and trends.
  • Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
  • To maintain a relationship with the existing customers
  • Ensure the confidentiality of the customer & sensitive company information.
  • Coordinate with the brands and manufacturer industries.
  • Order handling of Accessories and follow up for the production, Market and Customers / Buyers.
  • Develop new customers to enhance business in garment accessory - develop new customers is a must.
  • Plan, prepare and implement monthly / quarterly / yearly strategic business plans.
  • Providing hands-on follow up of all daily Sales activities for the product / brand segment starting from developing / marketing through order placement and shipment.
  • Responsible to handle all process and approval steps as per company's Standard Operating System and work as per manuals & given standards.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with all Customers and represent company values at highest possible level.
