Strong network and good relations with leading practicing architects nationwide;
Product wise aligned Sales Persons have to Supervise, monitor & maintain Dealers and distributors to achieve the given sales target of the assigned sales Area/Zone/Territory & Showroom;
Plan & meet the sales targets for individual from Showrooms/Dealers or Distributors of assigned area & team;
Increasing sales volume of the company's different types building materials / products;
Preferred direct Selling/Marketing experience for the company as & when need;
Should have good analytical & problem-solving skills along with excellent reporting skills;
Have to gather or Knowledge of timely & structured feedback from Trade, Customers & Competitors;
Daily//Weekly/Monthly Reporting of Sales with overall business objectives & activities;
Have to gather and update of latest Market information to the Line Manager or Sales Head;
Ability to work under pressure & to meet the deadlines;
Proven track record of successful sales performance and client relationship management.
