Job Description

Requirements

Education

  • Minimum BBS (Hons) / BBA in Accounting or Finance from a reputed College / University.

  • Preferred Professional Certification: CA (cc); partly qualified.

Experience
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Shipping, Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Freight forwarding, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries
Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 26 years

  • Excellent in Computer Works (Ms office Management)

  • Excellent communication skill

  • Ability to influence others & proactive

  • Have patience to handle phone calls and queries. 

Responsibilities & Context

  • Conduct an audit as per the approved checklist and management’s guidance 
  • Verification of all bills, and vouchers to ensure the accuracy of accounting transactions
  • Capable of finding discrepancies in every dealing and record and having to report to higher management       
  • Ensure internal control system for every financial/ nonfinancial transaction
  • Planning and allocating competent and adequate skills and schedule with the supervisor
  • Investigate and determine causes of irregularities & errors       
  • Perform an internal audit on the inventory management system      
  • To check and verify all requisition, PR, PO, delivery Challan, etc.
  • Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies 
  • Any other task assigned by the Management
