Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements and providing product recommendations.
Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers to encourage sales.
Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the management.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer details.
Process sales transactions and handle cash or digital payments efficiently.
Ensure proper display, arrangement, and cleanliness of showroom products.
Stay updated on Walton products, offers, and industry trends to better assist customers.
Coordinate with the showroom manager and inventory team for stock management.
Follow up with customers regarding after-sales services, warranty claims, and feedback.
Assist in promotional campaigns and showroom events as directed by management.
Perform any other showroom-related tasks assigned by the authority.
The candidate should encouraged and should have a positive mindset.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily/monthly/quarterly sales targets with respect to the growth of this organization.
Participate in national-level exhibitions, fairs, and conferences on behalf of the company
Negotiate and close deals tactfully, timely and in an efficient way
Strategically and positively respond to client complaints and concerns and build company goodwill if and when required
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather existing and prospective clients' feedback and share with internal teams
Directly report to senior management on the progress of sales growth, receiving feedback and guidance and follow-up instructions
