  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements and providing product recommendations.

  • Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers to encourage sales.

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the management.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer details.

  • Process sales transactions and handle cash or digital payments efficiently.

  • Ensure proper display, arrangement, and cleanliness of showroom products.

  • Stay updated on Walton products, offers, and industry trends to better assist customers.

  • Coordinate with the showroom manager and inventory team for stock management.

  • Follow up with customers regarding after-sales services, warranty claims, and feedback.

  • Assist in promotional campaigns and showroom events as directed by management.

  • Perform any other showroom-related tasks assigned by the authority.

  • The candidate should encouraged and should have a positive mindset.

  • Continually meeting or exceeding daily/monthly/quarterly sales targets with respect to the growth of this organization.

  • Participate in national-level exhibitions, fairs, and conferences on behalf of the company

  • Negotiate and close deals tactfully, timely and in an efficient way

  • Strategically and positively respond to client complaints and concerns and build company goodwill if and when required

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

  • Gather existing and prospective clients' feedback and share with internal teams

  • Directly report to senior management on the progress of sales growth, receiving feedback and guidance and follow-up instructions
