We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to lead our Production Department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in production management, and the ability to oversee production processes while ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
Routine/Regular Job:
Manage daily schedules, operator shifts, and time-off requests.
Assign duties to operators and oversee their progress.
Ensure that daily sales/production goals are met.
Train and integrate new workers
Monthly raw material inventory
Achieve hassle free plastic production
Mold maintenance
Raw material planning
Achieve per kg production cost target
Non-routine/Periodical Job:
Establish the highest level of discipline on production floors.
Ensure proper housekeeping on production floors.
Ensure a clean, safe, and secure floor environment
Check attendance of floor staff and workers.
Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction
Any other activities as directed by the Management.
