A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Prior experience as a Kindergarten or Early Childhood Teacher preferred.
Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
