Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience
  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, E-commerce
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • 2–3 years of experience in Key Account Management (KAM) or a related field, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery.

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, handle high-value accounts, and drive merchant growth and retention.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage customers, resolve challenges, and maximize business opportunities.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for strategic decision-making and performance improvement.

  • Sales acumen will be a strong advantage, with a track record of upselling, cross-selling, and driving revenue growth.


Responsibilities & Context

The Key Account Manager of REDX focuses on onboarding merchants, nurturing them for long-term partnerships, and driving business growth through effective account management. The ideal candidate must be skilled in handling and dealing with customers to ensure smooth business operations.

  • Merchant Growth & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to drive long-term partnerships, ensuring business growth and high customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.

  • Seamless Customer Experience: Collaborate with operations, product, and tech teams to enhance delivery efficiency, resolve service challenges swiftly, and improve digital tools for a smoother merchant experience.

  • Data-Driven Strategy & Performance: Conduct regular business reviews, monitor key account metrics, and implement strategic actions to boost service levels, retention, and overall merchant success.

  • Proactive Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer issues efficiently, focusing on continuous improvement and aligning efforts to meet business growth targets effectively.
