Responsibilities & Context

The Account Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact. This role focuses on driving business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts, developing strategic plans, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and clients.

  • Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
  • Track and analyze sales performance
  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients
  • Resolve client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
