Job Summary:The Key Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and key customers. The role involves frequent customer visits, developing strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The executive will play a key role in understanding client requirements, proposing suitable solutions, and ensuring business objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
OEM & Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and key customers.
Conduct regular visits to OEMs and client sites to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Act as a liaison between the company and OEMs to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify potential business opportunities with OEMs and key customers.
Present product solutions, technical demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Customer Engagement & Support:
Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Market Research & Analysis:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
Stay updated with industry developments and technological advancements.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain records of customer visits, sales progress, and business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Ensure timely follow-ups and proper documentation of client interactions.
