Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial and Production Engineering
  • B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial and Production Engineering or a related field.
Experience
  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Automobile
Additional Requirements
  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Experience in service planning, after-sales operations, or customer service in the automotive industry.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

  • Proficiency in data analysis & reporting tools (Power Point, Excel, Power BI, Python.)

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence.

  • Familiarity with CRM, SAP, and service management tools is an added advantage.


Responsibilities & Context

  • The Service Planning Executive is responsible for strategizing, coordinating, and implementing service plans to enhance customer satisfaction, improve after-sales service efficiency, and drive revenue growth through service visits and parts sales. The role involves data analysis, market research, coordination with HEAD owner and teams, and ensuring service quality standards are met.

  • Coordinate to prepare after-sales service strategies aligned with business objectives. Plan and coordinate the service campaigns, free service campaign, and paid service campaign to boost customer retention. Identify opportunities to expand service visits and increase service coverage.

  • Coordinate to analyze parts consumption trends and optimize inventory planning to forecast demand and ensure the availability of PM parts to enhance customer trust and business growth.

  • Track key service KPIs (CSI, DCSI, DE, sales growth, SCR, SAR). Coordinate market research on competitor service offerings and industry trends. Generate periodic reports on service performance, customer feedback, and findings for action plan.

  • Analyze DVR and prepare PDCA report to understand the GAP from the DE/DCSI/CSI.

  • Monitor customer feedback and analyze satisfaction levels to identify service gaps. Work with dealerships and service centers to enhance service quality and response time.

  • Support training programs for service advisors, technicians, and HEAD Owner to ensure high service standards. coordinate to develop process improvements for better service efficiency.

  • Need to work at factory when required.

  • Need to travel anywhere in Bangladesh as per business requirement.

  • Any other tasks assign by management.
